Find your court on PaddleBag and tap Claim. Send a venue photo and your Facebook page or contact. Review takes 1–3 days.
Step 2
Pick open hours, how many courts, your price per hour and where players pay you. About five minutes.
Step 3
A “Book a court” button appears on your court page. Requests land in your phone. You confirm.

What venue owners ask before they start.
No monthly fee and free to claim your court. You only pay a small fee per confirmed booking: free under ₱100, ₱10 for ₱100–₱300, ₱15 for ₱301–₱499, and ₱25 for ₱500 and up. No-shows and cancellations are never charged.
Players pay you directly — to your GCash (your QR and number show when they book) or at the venue. PaddleBag never holds player money, so there are no payout delays.
Fees add up Monday to Sunday into one weekly invoice. Pay it by GCash within 3 days of the week ending and upload the receipt. If a week stays unpaid 7 days past its due date, new online bookings pause until it's paid.
Open your court's page and tap Claim this court. Send a photo taken at the venue holding a note with your PaddleBag username, plus the venue's Facebook page or contact number. A business permit is optional; managers add a lease or manager ID. Review usually takes 1–3 days.
Yes. Add up to 10 staff by username. Staff confirm or decline bookings and block time. Only the owner changes prices, GCash details and staff.
Yes. Add labeled blocks for one day or every week. Players see the label and can tap for details, and those hours can't be booked.
Yes. In your console's At the venue section, say what you sell, add up to 6 photos, and list anything else players should know, like parking or paddle rental. It shows on your court page.
Host an Open Play or start a Club at your court and invite players nearby. Your court page also shows up in city court lists, best-court rankings and search.
