PaddleBag is a free community site for organizing paddle gear, finding courts, trading with other players, and sharing player passports. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The PaddleBag name, site design, original writing, and software are owned by the site operator. Third-party brand names, logos, and product photos belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.
All third-party trademarks belong to their owners. Listing a brand in the catalog does not mean endorsement unless the brand page shows a verified partner mark.
Our paddle catalog lists real products by brand and model name so players can compare gear and build their bag. Specs and prices are for reference and may be incomplete or out of date.
Product photos may be sourced from public brand storefronts, submitted by users, or generated as placeholders. Where we know the source, we show a photo credit on the paddle page. We do not claim ownership of third-party product images or logos.
If you are a rights holder and believe content on PaddleBag infringes your copyright or trademark, contact us with the URL, your relationship to the work, and what you want removed or corrected. We respond to good-faith notices promptly.
Some brands have a public profile with a verified partner mark when we have a commercial relationship. Buy buttons and shop links may use affiliate URLs.
You keep ownership of photos, reviews, listings, passport text, and other material you post. By posting on PaddleBag you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and share that content on the service (for example, showing your review on a paddle page or your passport to other players).
You agree not to upload content you do not have rights to, and not to post unlawful, harassing, or misleading material. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Passport skins, stickers, borders, card frames, titles, and other store items are original PaddleBag artwork. PaddleBag owns all rights to them. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the item on your PaddleBag account. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork.
You may share screenshots and exports of your own passport or player card. You may not copy, extract, resell, or redistribute store artwork outside PaddleBag, or use it on other products. Store items have no cash value. We may remove items obtained through fraud or a reversed payment.
Court owners and managers can claim a court on PaddleBag. We review proofs (a venue photo plus the venue’s Facebook page or contact) before showing the Verified partner seal. We may reject or remove a claim at any time.
When online booking is turned on, players pay the court directly. PaddleBag never holds player payments. For each confirmed booking, the partner owes PaddleBag a fee: free under ₱100, ₱10 for ₱100–₱300, ₱15 for ₱301–₱499, and ₱25 for ₱500 and up. No-shows are not charged. Fees are totaled weekly (Monday–Sunday, Philippine time) and paid via GCash within 3 days. If a week stays unpaid 7 days after it is due, new online bookings pause until it is paid.
PaddleBag only connects players with courts and coaches. The booking and the payment are between the player and the court or coach. PaddleBag is not a party to the payment, never holds the money, and is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or what happens at the venue or session.
To receive bookings and GCash payments, a court owner or coach agrees to: keep their listing accurate and active; check and answer every request within their hold window; approve only slots they can honor; honor every confirmed booking; confirm a booking only after receiving the payment; and refund the player in full if they cancel, decline after payment, or cannot provide the slot. Players see payment details only after the slot is approved. PaddleBag may pause or remove a listing that repeatedly ignores requests or fails to honor bookings.
Trade posts are between users. PaddleBag does not inspect, store, or ship physical paddles. Buyers and sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, payment, and meeting local laws. Use common sense and meet safely.
PaddleBag is provided "as is." Community ratings and reviews reflect player opinions, not professional advice. We do not guarantee catalog accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. See also Privacy Policy.
